If you struggle to generate leads online, here are a few ideas and routes you can take in your business to boost awareness of your work, create more leads, and connect with more people!
As an online service provider, it can feel like we're being pulled in so many different directions, but lead generation is key for a thriving business.
When it comes to leads, always work from the perspective of PEOPLE FIRST. No one wants to feel like a number, and as a small business owner, you know how much each and every client and potential client means.
When you show up with that intention and energy, you help build relationships with clients and collaborators who actually WANT to see your business bloom and prosper!
1. Creating Freebies/Lead Magnets
Creating a freebie or lead magnet that draws your audience off of social media and to your email list gives you a unique opportunity to introduce them to your services. Generally, if they liked your freebie, they may also align with your offering. This is a great way to peel back the layers between you and your audience to let them get to know you on a more personal level.
I highly encourage you to add real value here--not some copy and paste PDF that will leave potential clients underwhelmed. You want leads to come into contact with your lead magnet and think, "Wow, if this is just the free content, imagine what it would be like working together!"
When you leave potential clients feeling this way, that, my friends, is magic!
2. Community Building
Building AUTHENTIC and GENUINE relationships online can be a great way to generate leads. As people get to know you, understand your offerings, and benefit from the value you provide, they're more likely to convert into soulmate clients!
If we look at this from your sales funnel perspective, this is the know, like, and trust layer where clients begin to form relationships to determine if a product, service, or mentor is the right fit for them.
3. Creating a client journey
Creating a client journey in your offers suite helps you create more sustainability, serve more people, and drive retention in your business.
An ideal client journey will have at least three different types of offers--one that drives awareness, one that drives relationships and connection, and one that offers deep support.
Not only does this give people more access to your work, but it also allows space for clients and potential clients to get a crystal clear idea about you and the work you provide before making a high-ticket investment with you.
4. Collaboration
Collaborating with other soul-centered entrepreneurs who are in a similar lane as you boosts your exposure, has a built-in layer of trust, and opens the door for more relationships and warm leads to your business.
When you collaborate with another online service provider, their clients and audience have a built-in layer of trust with you since their provider is saying they know, like, and trust you. This is great for finding honed-in clients with a higher likelihood of connection and conversion.
