To automate your business means setting up systems once so that those systems can handle certain parts of your business for you. In other words, it's key to working smarter, not harder.
When used correctly, automating your business can definitely take some stress off your plate, shorten your to-do list, and help you avoid burnout. And who doesn't want that?!
FLODESK
Having an email list is great for building a community, providing value, and selling.
Why is it so great?
Once someone subscribes to your email list, they immediately receive a welcome email (or a workflow/welcome sequence over the next few days or weeks) that nurtures them and introduces them to your freebies, offers, and work.
This helps to nurture incoming leads, especially as you continue to grow your business!
Flodesk is one of my favorite tools that I use to automate my business. I personally love using it because I'm able to customize my emails and make them on-brand. It gives you the option to either create emails with a template or make them from scratch.
Having an email software is also important because it decentralizes your business from being solely on one platform that you do not own. If your business is only on Instagram or TikTok, this can be risky because social media platforms can be gone at any time. (Anyone else remember when Instagram went down?!)

One thing I really love about Novo is that it has a feature where you can keep "buckets" for taxes and other business savings. This is actually an amazing feature for businesses and really helps with staying organized.
Novo also integrates with apps like Stripe so you can get paid a lot sooner. It tracks your spending and reports, and also builds business credit so that you can one day get a loan or investment. Pretty cool, right?
And here’s the best part–You can open a bank account in minutes, unlike at other banks where you have to walk in and sit there for a few hours. (Because let’s be real, as business owners, we do not have time for that!)
